Privacy policy

This policy covers the LabraWise website at labrawise.com (the “Site”). The LabraWise iOS app is not publicly available yet; when it launches, app-specific privacy terms will be published separately.

What we collect on the Site

Waitlist form: email address and optional dog name.
Contact form: name, email address, and message content.
Technical data: standard server or analytics logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) if measurement tools are enabled.

We do not require an account to browse the Site.

How we use information

To notify you about LabraWise launch updates (waitlist).
To respond to messages you send.
To understand aggregate Site usage and improve content (analytics, when configured).
To secure and operate the Site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts this website. Formspree processes waitlist and contact submissions and delivers them to our inbox. The information you enter into these forms is used for the purpose described above.

Optional analytics

When configured, PostHog helps us understand page visits, guide links, waitlist opens, and successful form submissions. It loads only after you choose Allow analytics. You can decline and continue using the entire website, including its forms.

We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, URL query strings, or URL fragments to analytics. We disable automatic interaction capture, user profiles, and session recording. Analytics events include the page, language, topic, and the location of a link or button, together with limited browser information and a random session identifier. The provider also receives technical connection information when your browser contacts it.

Your analytics choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. After permission, analytics uses session storage to associate activity within the same browser tab. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer when analytics is available. Declining stops further analytics capture; it does not undo events already sent. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice.

Analytics remains off on local previews and when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If no analytics provider is configured, no analytics script is downloaded and no analytics events are sent.

Retention

Waitlist and contact messages are kept only as long as needed for launch communication, support, or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

Email hello@labrawise.com to request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist or contact data we hold about you. You can also unsubscribe from launch emails using the link in those messages when they are sent.

Children

The Site is aimed at adults who own or care for dogs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
