By using labrawise.com (the “Site”), you agree to these terms.
The Site
The Site provides information about LabraWise and educational Labrador training content. The iOS app is not yet available on the App Store. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, feature set, or price.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site (including attempting to disrupt service, scrape in abusive ways, or submit unlawful content through forms).
Educational content
Training articles are for general education. They are not personalized professional advice and are not a substitute for a qualified trainer or veterinarian when your dog needs one.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and media are owned by LabraWise or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabraWise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
